Intellectual property

The design, text, code and graphics of this website belong to the registered holder, except where third-party materials are identified. Reproduction without written permission is not permitted. Product names and trademarks referred to on this site belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively only.

2. Privacy policy

This policy explains how we handle personal data under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

Who is responsible

The data controller for this website is Herzbruckner Ferdinand Stefan, Y4191106Z, C/ LUIS BARRÓN, 22, 26005, LOGROÑO, LA RIOJA, SPAIN. You can reach us at hello@aditus.agency for anything relating to your data.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising. We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf under contract:

Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area. Where that is the case, transfers are covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

When we work as a processor

When we build and run voice agents, chat agents, booking systems or lead generation for a client, the client is the data controller for their customers' data and we act as a processor on their instructions. In those cases a separate Data Processing Agreement governs the relationship, and end customers should refer to that client's own privacy policy.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or transfer it elsewhere. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time where consent is the basis. Write to hello@aditus.agency and we will respond within one month.

If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid (www.aepd.es). If you are in Romania, the equivalent authority is ANSPDCP.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, and we keep access to personal data limited to those who need it.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

3. Cookie policy

This website uses no cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking. We do not profile visitors and we run no third-party trackers. The chat widget may store a technical identifier so a conversation continues if you move between pages.

What we do store

We store two preferences in your browser's local storage, not in cookies: the language you chose and the currency you chose. This is so the site looks the same when you return. It contains no identifier, it is never sent to our servers, and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

Third-party requests

Loading this page requests typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your IP address reaches Google's servers as part of that request. If you submit the audit form, the data you type is sent to Formspree so we can receive it. If you use the chat, your messages are processed by HighLevel so that we can reply. None of these places advertising or tracking cookies on your device.

If this changes

If we add analytics or any other non-essential technology in future, we will ask for your consent through a banner before it loads, and update this page.

4. AI transparency

We build and operate automated systems that speak and write to people. In line with Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the AI Act), applicable from 2 August 2026, we commit to the following on every system we deploy:

Where we act as the deployer, we take responsibility for these disclosures. Where a client operates a system we built, the obligation is shared and we set the disclosures up so the client meets it by default.
